I've been trying to do these 10-minute exercise videos each morning ...

Tuesday and Wednesday I did yoga. Today I did core training: abs and back. I suspect I won't be able to sit up tomorrow.

I'm thinking: if I can manage to do 10 minutes a day, every day for a week or two, then I can find a way to do 15 or 20 each day. And then 30 - 40 minutes, etc. Etc.
