I made a cake a week or two ago, and it was good but ... problematic. Too much liquid in the pears, maybe, 'cause it never set up in the middle. So today I did cupcakes with the same recipe, but using an apple instead of pears.

Turned out good, although I'd use more of both chocolate and fruit next time. Need to find the middle ground.
