My lovely sister (or rather, one of my lovely sisters) gave me Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day for Christmas. After one disastrous loaf last week, I went back to the basic recipe and made some nice loaves over the past few days. I might cut down the salt slightly for my next batch, and I'm eager to explore more interesting recipes, but I was happy how these turned out.

I should rotate those top images but ... I won't.
